Acting is just fun and games for playful starlet
It seems Tinseltown has been sweeping unpleasant stories about unprofessional young stars under the rug. This is not unlike the string of incidents that continues to haunt Entitled Starlet (ES) after her manipulative ways and self-serving antics came to light.
In a recent press con, Seasoned Director (SD) and Veteran Actress (VA) were heard swapping horror stories about young actors who don’t treat their work seriously. “Some of these young people see the teleserye set more as a playground than a place of work that should be treated with respect and reverence,” SD said.
VA recalled a crucial dramatic scene she shared with Playful Starlet (PS), who got on SD’s bad side after she kept flubbing her lines. “PS didn’t even realize how big of a deal it was to have VA as her scene partner,” SD recalled. “Laro lang kasi ng laro!” Beside SD, VA nodded and quipped, “I got scared of you at the time—nakakatakot! You really gave PS a piece of your mind.” Let’s hope PS has taken the lessons from that humbling experience to heart.
