Jessy Mendiola cries foul over false claims her daughter has cleft palate

Jessy Mendiola asked the public for help in taking down several videos of a false report about her daughter Isabella Rose’s supposed cleft condition.
Through a series of Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Feb. 8, the actress showed screenshots of the YouTube videos as well as the pages which uploaded the false report.
“Please help us take down this video/account by clicking the link and [reporting] as child abuse or harassment,” she stated.
“It is never OK to spread fake news. It is never OK to spread negativity about having cleft palate/lip,” she wrote. “Respetuhin sana natin ‘yung totoong may ganito.” (Please respect those who suffer from this condition.)

Mendiola gave birth to Isabella Rose, her first child with husband Luis Manzano, on Dec. 28 last year. The actress showed her baby’s face to the public a month after the child was born.
