Heart Evangelista acknowledges husband Chiz Escudero for being ‘very supportive’
Heart Evangelista expressed appreciation of her husband, Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero, who she acknowledged for being “very supportive” and for accompanying her to Paris for the fashion week even when “it was not his thing.”
The actress spoke about her Paris trip with Escudero and how it “helped” her to be happy, in an exclusive interview with entertainment reporter Nelson Canlas for “24 Oras” on Friday, Feb. 3.
“Mas lalo siguro siyang nakakatulong na maging masaya ako with my work, with my life—because I’m supported,” she spoke of Escudero. (He has been helping me more to be happy with my work, with my life—because I’m supported.)
Evangelista was also asked about her reaction to the remarks of Escudero’s fellow senators, which apparently alluded to the separation rumors that recently hounded the couple.
“Nakakahiya umabot pa kami sa Senado (It’s embarrassing that [we became a topic] in the Senate), but it’s nice. It’s nice to see everybody being supportive with one another,” she told Canlas.
