Kendra Kramer wants to be a ‘supermodel’ first, entrepreneur next

Kendra Kramer may only be 13 years old, but it appears that she already has a clear plan of what she wants to do in the future.
Former basketball athlete Doug Kramer and Kendra talked about what the latter wants to pursue as a grown-up at a road trip vlog uploaded on Team Kramer’s official YouTube channel on Sunday, Jan. 29.
Kendra, when asked by Doug to rank among a model, businesswoman, and doctor as possible career options, revealed that being a supermodel is her top pick.
“I really love fashion. I love it so much. So, I think one would [be a supermodel] but I cannot be a supermodel forever,” she said.
The eldest Kramer added that becoming an entrepreneur comes second, while being a doctor is last.
“I cannot model forever, so coming in second I would say businesswoman. And then third, a doctor. I really like a doctor because they help people and it’s a really respectable job,” she added.
Doug noted that Kendra has an ability to excel on whatever path she chooses in the future.
“You know what I like about Kendra? It’s when she puts her mind to something, she will excel. Right now at 13, when you put time to swimming, you excel. You’re getting better as you keep practicing,” he said.
The former athlete also recalled that his eldest daughter used to struggle with reading and math, but she excels in both fields in the present.
“I remember when you can’t even read and then now, you’re such a bookworm. You had such a hard time with math before, right now, it’s a challenge for you. But you embraced it. So, I feel like anything you do, you’ll excel,” Doug added.
Kendra admitted that she hopes to have “more time and hours in a day” to pursue her dreams.
“Whenever I put my mind into it, I put so much time [into it]. I really do great at it. I wish I had more time and hours in a day,” she said.
Kendra is known to be open about her dream to work in the fashion industry. In a March 2022 post, she revealed that she had interviewed a supermodel who “walked the runways of New York and Manila.”
The teen stunner is the first of three children by Doug and Cheska Garcia-Kramer together. Her siblings are Scarlett and Gavin Phoenix. EDV
