Ely Buendia, Raymund Marasigan, Buddy Zabala and Marcus Adoro delighted Eraserheads fans as the former bandmates bonded anew over music and food, a month after their reunion concert.
The four musicians spent time along with several other companions, as seen in photos shown on Buendia, Marasigan and Adoro’s respective Instagram pages on Wednesday, Jan. 25.
“Getting some hang time,” Buendia captioned his post, while Adoro described their gathering as “some fine time.”
“Kain muna (Let’s eat first),” Marasigan, for his part, said.
Fans including Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda then cheered for the former bandmates via the comments section, with some hoping that the band would release a new album.
Buendia, Marasigan, Zabala and Adoro last performed in public together during their “Huling El Bimbo” reunion concert last Dec. 22. Days after the event, Buendia teased their upcoming world tour, but no further details have been given as of this writing.
Eraserheads, which was formed in 1989 and disbanded in 2002, is known for their hit songs “Ang Huling El Bimbo,” “Magasin,” “With a Smile,” “Ligaya” and “Pare Ko,” among others. /ra
