Alex Gonzaga is one supportive sister as she cheered on actress-singer Toni Gonzaga during the latter’s 20th anniversary concert held on Friday, Jan. 20.
Alex treated fans to snaps from the event, showing glimpses of her proud-sister moment as well as the sold-out crowd through her Instagram Stories.
“That’s my sis!” she cheered as Toni sang Katy Perry’s “Roar.”

Alex also rendered a song-and-dance performance of her hit track “Chambe” and Ariana Grande’s “Into You,” among others. A clip of her performance was shown on Smart Araneta Coliseum’s Instagram page.
Aside from Alex, Toni also shared the concert stage with rapper Andrew E and Concert King Martin Nievera.

Alex earlier opened up on her relationship with Toni, admitting she felt inferior to her older sister when they were young. Alex then credited her family’s support and her faith in God as what helped her regain self-confidence.
Meanwhile, Alex recently made headlines after she smeared icing on a waiter’s face during her 35th birthday party. The TV host later apologized to the waiter for the incident which she considered a “hard and important lesson [in] humility, kindness and better judgment.” /ra
