WATCH: Yassi Pressman shows progress in fitness journey

Yassi Pressman has given the public a glimpse of her fitness journey, a year after she decided to bounce back from her “fitness hibernation.”
The actress showed weightlifting, kickboxing and jogging as some of the workouts she did over the past year to get a fitter body, as seen in her Instagram post yesterday, Jan. 11. Pressman also showed photos of herself in January 2022 as compared with her current look.
“This time last year vs. now. It’s been up and down, but that’s okay,” she told fans. “Be kind to your body, be kind to your mind. Never give up on YOU. When you fall, pick yourself up. Keep going.”
Pressman thanked the team who helped her reach her fitness and nutrition needs, then seemingly hinted at wanting to do a movie this year.
“Action film this year???” she said.

Fellow celebrities who reacted to Pressman’s fitness progress were Michelle Dee and Carla Abellana.
“Can I train [with you]?” Dee asked Pressman, while Abellana sent her raised hands emoji.

Pressman revealed her desire to get back into shape on Jan. 10 last year. Back then, she admitted “letting go and not caring” about the food she ate, and opted to “listen to her body” instead.
“I listened to my body after letting go [and] I realized I wanted to go back to being strong, and hopefully this time even healthier than before. Loved my thiccccness tho, I’m definitely going to TRY to keep that in places where I want [it]. But I will definitely also try MY BEST to [eliminate] the new cellulite that I have developed,” she told fans at the time. /ra
