Christmas is a time of giving for Miss World Philippines 2022 Gwendolyne Fourniol, as she spent the holiday season with less fortunate children at a non-profit organization (NGO).
Fourniol shared glimpses of herself distributing gifts and hugging the children at the ERDA Foundation on her personal Instagram page on Saturday, Dec. 24.
“There’s no better way to celebrate Christmas than with the children of ERDA. Thank you to all the people who helped make this Christmas a brighter one for the families of ERDA. Merry Christmas everyone,” she said in the caption.
This is not the first time that the beauty queen had expressed her support for the NGO, as she previously taught French to its beneficiaries earlier this month.
Fourniol also enjoyed celebrating “World Smile Day” with the NGO in October.
The Negros Occidental-born beauty queen was crowned as Miss World Philippines 2022 in June. Fourniol will represent the Philippines in the 71st Miss World pageant, and hopes to win the country’s second crown after Megan Young in 2013. EDV
