“Crash Landing On You” star Son Ye-jin has finally shown a glimpse of her baby boy with reel-to-real life partner Hyun Bin on social media.
The celebrity couple welcomed their first child on Nov. 27, eight months after their wedding in March 2022, as confirmed by a statement from Ye-jin’s agency MSTeam Entertainment via The Korea Herald. Hyun Bin, on the other hand, was filming in Mongolia when the actress gave birth.
Ye-jin shared a black and white photo of her son’s foot resting on what seems to be either her or Hyun Bin’s palm on her Instagram account on Saturday, Dec. 24. The actress, however, didn’t disclose the name of her baby boy.
“This year was extra special for me. As you know, a precious life has been born to us,” she said in the caption. “There are so many people to be thankful for. I felt like I’m becoming an adult by having a child. In this precious life, I realized that we are all someone’s daughter and son, and babies shine with their own existence.”

Ye-jin also paid tribute to Hyun Bin, describing him as a partner who “loves me more than me.”
“I met someone who loves me more than anything, I felt like I could do anything even through my powerlessness,” she wrote.
Even though the actress’ baby was born earlier than the due date, she expressed her gratitude to the hospital staff who helped her during the delivery of her son.
“I was worried about the baby who arrived earlier (than expected), but it was a chance to succeed in giving birth naturally. He was safely delivered, thanks to the prayers of everyone surrounding us and our fans. Thank you very much to all of you,” Ye-jin added.
Ye-jin and Hyun Bin first worked together in the 2018 crime thriller “The Negotiation,” then reunited in the internationally acclaimed drama “Crash Landing On You” in 2019. The couple have been dating for eight months before confirming their relationship in January 2021.
