Jane de Leon appears to be recovering well from dengue and urinary tract infection (UTI) as she gave fans a health update over a week after she revealed her diagnosis.

The “Darna” actress showed herself inside a vehicle with her face covered with what appears to be a skincare mask and sunglasses, via her Instagram page on Thursday, Dec. 8.

De Leon, who earlier celebrated her 24th birthday, explained last Nov. 30 that her health condition was the reason she has not been active in social media.

De Leon portrays the iconic Filipino superhero in “Mars Ravelo’s Darna: The TV Series,” which also stars Joshua Garcia as Narda’s love interest, and Janella Salvador as the snake-haired supervillain Valentina. EDV
