Ryeowook of Super Junior released a Japanese-language single on Friday, his first in three years, said label SM Entertainment.

“Akaneironi Somaru Sorano Shita,” which roughly translates to “Under the Sun That Turns Red,” consists of two tracks, including the titular track, a ballad that sings of expressing feelings to a loved one.

The veteran performer also told fans he will host live shows in three Japanese cities: “Autumn Fest” in Tokyo on Nov. 2-3, “Snow Flower” in Osaka on Dec. 22-23 and in Fukuoka on Dec. 27-28.

Separately, Super Junior held a concert in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last month, as part of its “Super Show 9: Road” international tour.

It is the first world tour for the group in three years. The tour’s subtitle comes from its 11th studio album “The Road: Keep On Going,” which came out in September and topped iTunes top albums chart in 23 regions.
