Neri Naig is letting go of the condominium unit where she first met her husband Chito Miranda, as she put it up for sale for P6.5 million.
The celebrity mom and entrepreneur announced that she is selling the property while giving a glimpse of it via Instagram yesterday, July 19. Naig’s three-bedroom condo unit is located at Riverfront Residences by DMCI Homes in Pasig City.
“Binebenta ko na ang condo ko sa Riverfront DMCI kase may bago akong project na gagawin. Ikot-ikot lang pampuhunan,” she told fans. (I am selling my condo at Riverfront DMCI because I have a new project to do. Just managing my investments.)
Naig then recalled the start of her relationship with the Parokya ni Edgar frontman, when they would meet at the playground near her condo.
“‘Di ko kase binigay ‘yung exact condo unit ko baka kase stalker ‘to at baka palaging nasa labas na ng condo ko. Nag-feeling agad ako,” she recalled. (I did not give my exact condo unit then because I thought he was a stalker and he might show up outside my condo all the time. I immediately got a big head.)
Aside from its three bedrooms, Naig’s condo features a veranda, a parking spot below it and a laundry cage on the building’s roof deck. It also has access to a communal clubhouse, ballroom, karaoke room, gym and swimming pool, among others.
Last month, Naig fulfilled her dream of owning a home in Baguio City. She and her family will be using the property as their rest house.
Meanwhile, Naig recently earned a business degree from the University of Baguio and showed moments from her college graduation, also last month. /ra
