For actress Belle Mariano, what’s good about taking on a challenging role is that “I don’t just learn about acting, I also take away valuable lessons from my character’s experiences.”

Belle, along with her onscreen partner Donny Pangilinan, is busy working on the second season of the hit teen series, “He’s Into Her.”

Someone to confide in

The young actress’ biggest realization after assuming the different characters she has played so far, especially Maxpeine in “He’s Into Her,” was that the first thing a person should aim to discover is self-worth.

She explained: “This is because no one will love you—or at least treat you the way you deserve—if you can’t love yourself first.”

Aside from that, what with the busy schedule she keeps, Belle hopes to “have found someone to confide in, even without the cameras. Oftentimes, our work is so draining that it’s nice to get some rest or a short time to breathe,” she declared.
