Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin have once again brought “kilig” to their “MarJo” fans as they seemingly teased an upcoming collaboration between them.
Magdangal looked back on a beach moment with Agustin while showing a throwback photo of them on her Instagram page today, Feb. 8. She referred to Agustin as “Labtim” which was their term of endearment.
“Labtim!!! Ang saya din nung mga panahon na ‘to ‘di ba. Para lang tayo naglalaro lahat. Nakakamiss! Tara kita naman tayo, bagong bonding?” she said. “Abangan!”
(Love team! These were happy times, right? It felt like we were all just playing. I miss it! Let’s meet and bond again? Watch out!)
Agustin, for his part, showed a video of Magdangal lip-synching to a song while flashing photos from their last cooking show, as seen on his Instagram page also today. The song goes “Makukuha rin kita, makukuha rin kita — ay, nakuha na pala kita (I would have you, I would have you — oh, I already got you).” Magdangal also shared the same video on her page.
“Marunong din magpakilig etong labtim ko. Kung nand’yan ka pagalawin mo naman ang baso… Parang gusto ko magluto tayo dalawa,” he said.
(My love team knows how to make me feel giddy. If you’re somewhere there, please make the glass move. I think I want us to cook together.)
Fans gushed over them via the comments section, stressing how Magdangal and Agustin’s love team has been their favorite ever since.
“One of my favorite [love teams when I was a] teenager. Nice to see you both working again together,” one @denskaeyrainbow said.

“Sila talaga ang dahilan kung bakit masaya ang 90s ko. Kahit walang love life, sa kanila ako kinikilig,” one @iammarkbalilo commented. (They really are the reason why my 1990s are enjoyable. Even when I didn’t have a love life, I gushed over them.)

Magdangal and Agustin worked together in the 1997 film “Flames: The Movie,” “Hey Babe!” and “Gimik: The Reunion” in 1999, and “I.T.A.L.Y” back in 2008, among others. Their tandem was one of the most famous celebrity love teams in showbiz back then. JB
