How stars celebrate 2021 holiday season amid COVID-19
How do you plan to celebrate Christmas this year to make it meaningful despite the pandemic?
RITA AVILA
“We usually attend Mass on the 24th, but this year, we’ll watch the Mass on TV. We always save a chair for Jesus at the dining table and sing a birthday’ song for Him before eating. We don’t have many decor inside our home because of our fur babies, but outside, my husband (TV director FM Reyes) has already hung a pink parol.”
PAOLO VILLALUNA
“The past two years have been a struggle for all of us. It shouldn’t be a cliche to be thankful that we’re safe. Because the pandemic is still real, it’s prudent to continue being thrifty.
“If gatherings can’t be avoided, though, it can be a good opportunity to remind our relatives that come May 2022, we have an opportunity to vote properly and improve the country. Social consciousness FTW!”
