Newlywed couple Angel Locsin and Neil Arce are opening the doors of their home, albeit virtually, as they seek “human connection” amid the pandemic-induced lockdown.
“Yup. Two years in this pandemic. Looking back now, we can’t help but be proud of us all. We’re still here. Getting along, as we imagine ourselves running away with our loved ones, for fun and spontaneity,” Locsin said on Instagram yesterday, Aug. 19.
“While we try our best to follow rules, we admit we crave human connection today more than ever,” she added.
“So, we had this idea to use our platforms and break this invincible wall surrounding us. We decided to open the doors of our home and let you in VIRTUALLY,” she shared.
“By sharing our journey, we hope you’d allow us to connect with you, and let us be part of your journey as well,” the actress added.
Locsin said she and Arce will be “opening the doors of our humble home” via their YouTube channel, called The Angel and Neil Channel, tomorrow at 6 p.m.
They did not specify, however, if they will be holding a livestream or if they will only be premiering a house tour vlog at the announced time.
Locsin’s friends and fellow celebrities have since expressed their support via the comments section. For one, Bea Alonso said, “I’m excited to watch it!”
Also through their YouTube channel, the newlyweds last week released their “not so o-fish-ial” wedding video to share with fans the story of the events before and during their wedding. /ra
