ABS-CBN shows ‘ASAP Natin ‘To,’ ‘It’s Showtime’ set to air on ZOE TV

MANILA, Philippines — Viewers may soon see the return of ABS-CBN’s much-beloved shows “It’s Showtime” and “ASAP Natin ’To” to free TV.

According to a report by the Philippine Entertainment Portal (Pep) released Monday, it stated that “It’s Showtime” will start to air on Zoe Broadcasting Network starting Saturday, Oct. 10.

Meanwhile, ABS-CBN’s Sunday variety show “ASAP Natin ‘To” will be airing on ZOE TV starting Oct. 12.

Zoe TV, which is owned by the Jesus is Lord Church of Brother Eddie Villanueva, is a free television channel that was made available on SkyCable starting Oct. 5.

Meanwhile, Cignal TV, through its official Facebook page, also announced on Monday that Zoe TV is also available for its postpaid and prepaid subscribers.

ABS-CBN has been off the air since May 5 after the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) ordered the network shut after the network’s franchise lapsed.

On July 10, during a House Committee on Legislative Franchises hearing, 70 lawmakers voted to reject ABS-CBN’s bid for a fresh franchise.
