Gladys Reyes will be holding an online acting workshop once again, but this time she will be sharing her talents with youngsters aspiring to become actors.

Reyes, famous for her outstanding portrayal of villains and dubbed as her generation’s “Primera Kontrabida,” is now looking for children participants for her new workshop.

“Mommies and Daddies, maarte ba anak nyo [are your children ‘theatric’]? Due to insistent parents’ demand, we are now accepting participants for #AngArteMongBataKa Online Acting Kiddie Workshop,” Reyes announced on Instagram yesterday, Aug.6.

The workshop is open to children aged 6 to 12, although Reyes shares that if a kid is only “5 yrs old pero bibo at marunong na din sumunod sa instructions, [pwede] na rin.”

(If the child is only 5 years old but is active and already knows how to follow instructions, then it will be allowed.)

“Let’s keep our kids productive in this time of pandemic. Learn, have fun and experience acting the unique way in this #NewNormal set up,” the renowned actress said.

Reyes last June also launched an online acting workshop that was open to aspiring actors aged 13 to 40. She said that she wanted to share her learnings after her 36 years in the business.

Although not playing as a villain, Reyes last showed her acting chops as the fierce Elizabeth Ledesma in the GMA TV series “Madrasta.”  /ra
