Exciting stint for British educator

/ 08:41 PM April 27, 2012

BROCK. Accomplished teacher.

Janet Brock has visited Manila several times, so she was excited when she moved here to head The King’s School Manila at Aseana Park on Bradco avenue (near Mall of Asia). It’s a child-friendly campus with a soccer field, a basketball court, a children’s playground, an indoor gym and classrooms with hi-tech facilities. Each class is made up of 15 students. Serving them delicious and nutritious meals is California-trained chef Nancy Edralin.

Brock is from Leeds, England. She taught in the UK for 10 years before she moved with her husband (also a teacher) to Spain to head the British School of Alicante’s primary school. After eight years, she moved again to the British School of Beijing, before she was offered the head-teacher post at The King’s School Manila. Now, the accomplished educator calls Bonifacio Global City her home. Visit kings.org.ph, or e-mail [email protected].
