A week after Bea Alonzo tested negative from the coronavirus, the actress got back to work with a new project.
Despite not getting into detail about the project, Alonzo described it as a “unique” one, as per her Instagram post yesterday, June 24.
“This project is unique because it’s my first time working with someone I have been so curious about working with!” she said. “And I had a blast!”
The actress said that she feels “most alive” when she is in front of the camera. She also expressed how much she missed her glam team, who she considers as her extended family.
Alonzo also flaunted her look for the shooting, as she dressed in a blue blouse, matched with a white mini skirt and white shoes.
“Can’t wait for you guys to see it!” she said on her Instagram Stories yesterday.
The actress did not forget to greet her former on-screen partner John Lloyd Cruz as well, who celebrated his birthday yesterday.
“Happy birthday Idan!” Alonzo said, calling Cruz by his nickname. “Hihintayin ko treat mo pagbalik mo!” (I will wait for your treat when you get back.)
She and Cruz reunited for an experimental online project directed by Antoinette Jadaone last April.
Alonzo has been active in helping those who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic through her organization I Am Hope. Her group recently coordinated with Pasig City mayor Vico Sotto to distribute relief goods and disinfectants to frontliners. JB
