Singer Julie Anne San Jose treated her fans to an online concert to celebrate her birthday. San Jose turned 26 years old yesterday, May 17.

San Jose streamed her birthday show, called “Jam With Julie”, on her Facebook page on May 16 in anticipation of her special day.

Throughout the concert, the singer performed renditions of popular songs from Filipino bands such as Parokya ni Edgar, Sponge Cola, Eraserheads, Rivermaya and Hale. Among the hits she sang were “Harana”, “Ang Huling El Bimbo” and “Kisapmata”.

San Jose also pointed out that the songs she performed were the tracks she loved to play when she was younger.

The next day, the singer posted a photo of herself on Twitter wearing pajamas in front of a table full of food in her home. The dining area was decorated with orange and white balloons along with small cutouts of San Jose.

“26 and forever grateful,” she said while thanking those who took the time to wish her a happy birthday.

Along with her singing career, San Jose also pursues acting and appears as a recurring character in the TV sitcom “Pepito Manaloto”. JB
