Kris Bernal to give free beauty, business advice in online seminar
Actress and entrepreneur Kris Bernal is one of the speakers for the free online seminar “Female Fitness”, which aims to guide its participants on how to stay “holistically fit” during the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine.
Bernal, together with fellow “strong empowered” career women, will be giving tips on how to stay physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually fit during the one-hour “webinar”, via the video-conferencing app Zoom this Wednesday, April 22 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
The actress will be covering the topic of beauty and wellness, as per her Instagram post yesterday, April 20. Bernal urged her followers to sign up for the online seminar which has a limited capacity of 100 participants.
Bernal will also be joined by photographer and meditation guru Sara Black, who will cover mindful meditation. To cover physical fitness, Lagree instructor Carla Piscoso and yoga teacher Rianna Gatus are also included in the line-up of speakers. Health and wellness expert Weizel Gulfan will be taking on the topic of nutrition while mental health advocate Olivia Yao will cover self-care and other mental health concerns.
Bernal also revealed that the seminar is their own initiative.

Article continues after this advertisementTo encourage her fans to join the seminar, Bernal, who is also the founder of SHE cosmetics, gave a preview of what will be discussed during her talk, through a series of posts via her Instagram Stories yesterday.
Bernal said she will be sharing tips on how to start a business and how to open and run a restaurant.
Bernal will also be giving “super fast and easy skincare routine” hacks, as well as her own advice on how to be more productive at home during the quarantine.
Bernal recently got engaged to her non-showbiz boyfriend, businessman Perry Choi. She and Choi also own an unlimited Korean barbecue restaurant in Banawe, Quezon City. JB
