‘Concert from home:’ ABS-CBN stars to stage fundraiser Sunday night

MANILA, Philippines — Over 100 ABS-CBN artists will join a 3-hour concert from the safety of their homes to raise funds for families affected by the enhanced community quarantine.

“Pantawid ng Pag-ibig: At Home Together Concert” will be staged tonight, March 22 at 7 p.m. The performances will be aired on ABS-CBN channels and streamed on the network’s official social media pages.

Stars featured in the teaser of the online concert include Regine Velasquez, Martin Nievera, Ogie Alcasid, Julia Montes and Angel Locsin.

The media giant partnered with private companies and local government officials to aid disadvantaged families in Metro Manila who have lost sources of income while the community quarantine is in force.

ABS-CBN will use the donations to obtain food and basic necessities which will then be given to local government units for preparation and distribution.

The concert will be shown on TV channels ABS-CBN, ABS-CBN S+A, ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC), MYX, DZMM Teleradyo; aired on AM radio station DZMM Radyo Patrol 630 and FM radio station MOR 101.9; and streamed on streaming service iWant.
