This was how Arjo Atayde described Julia Montes, his costar in the weekly action-drama series, “24/7.”
“It’s like people are so used to watching me as a kontrabida that when they see me in person, they would say I’m so different from the guy they imagined me to be. It’s the same with Julia. That’s her impact on me, since I always see her crying on TV.”
Arjo said he was glad he got to “really talk” with Julia while working on the series. “I realized that she has no issues whatsoever,” Arjo said. What he meant was that “Julia is very professional. When she gets to the scene, she’s really ‘in’ the scene. You can really feel her. With only her eyes, she’s able to convey emotions.”
The actor further said: “I appreciate how she is as a human being. She keeps the team together. Being part of the series with her is a dream come true for me. She’s real, very kind and respectful. She is a fun person, too.” —Marinel Cruz
