MANILA, Philippines — Singer-actress Angeline Quinto has invited several underprivileged kids to her home to eat and swim.

In her video blog posted on Youtube, Quinto could be seen fetching the kids from somewhere in Commonwealth Avenue and bringing them personally to her home.

She let the kids swim in her pool and fed them with spaghetti.

“Actually matagal ko na pong plano ito na kapag nakakita ako ng mga bata sa kalsada, ginagawa nilang swimming pool kung anumang tubig, minsan kahit madumi doon sila naliligo,” she said in her vlog.

(I actually planned this a long time ago that when I see kids on the streets who make any water like swimming pools.)

(When I was a kid, I experienced swimming in a flood. I liked swimming in floods. So it is satisfying to see kids surprised when they were invited to swim in a pool.)

Malaking bagay ‘yun,” Quinto further said.

(They don’t know that I am also excited to see them happy. That’s a big thing.)

When nightfall came, the children had to go home but they did not leave without receiving a care package from Quinto.
