Ji Chang-wook fan meeting in Manila postponed due to COVID-19

MANILA, Philippines – Korean actor Ji Chang-wook’s fan meeting set in Manila this 2020 has been postponed because of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, his talent management agency Glorious Entertainment announced Tuesday.

“In order to prevent the spread of the Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) and related damage, we decided to postpone the ‘Ji Chang Wook 2020 Asia Tour Fan Meeting’ in Manila (Philippines),” the agency said in a statement.

“The performance will be included in the Asia Fan-Meeting Tour that will resume later. We would like to ask you for a lot of understanding,” it added.

Glorious Entertainment did not specify the new date of the actor’s fan meeting.

Ji is most known for his dramas like “Melting Me Softly,” “Healer,” “The K2” and “Suspicious Partner.”

Several events have already been delayed or canceled due to the threat of COVID-19 which has so far resulted in the death of over 1,800 individuals.
