Rapper-actor Andrew E has finally been reunited with his “Megamol” leading lady Sharon Cuneta, and it is as heartwarming and nostalgic as it can get.
The sweet reunion of the two stars was fortunately captured on video, which Andrew E posted on his Instagram account last Thursday, Jan. 16.
“Seldom does this scene really transpire and in sharp timing I was on her way to the backstage,” the rapper said. “It’s #Megamol in so many many years, together again.”

Andrew E was eagerly waiting for Cuneta as the actress made her way towards the rapper’s direction, as seen in the video. He then grabbed Cuneta’s hand, who did not immediately recognize him. After a few seconds, Cuneta took a good look at the rapper’s face and was filled with a gleeful surprise, shouting “Pare ko!” as she goes for a hug.
The megastar then gave Andrew E a kiss on the cheek and said: “My leading man, Diyos ko, mahal na mahal ko ‘to (my God, I love this man very much)!”
Andrew E likewise gave his former leading lady a peck on the cheek as the two embraced each other.
“Ay I love you, love you, love you! Leading man ko ‘to (this is my leading man)!” an ecstatic Cuneta said.
Andrew E and Cuneta starred as Clark and Corazon, respectively, in the hit 1994 comedy “Megamol” by Viva Films. JB
