There is no denying the strong bond Team Kramer has, and it is thanks to the parenting skills of Chesca and Doug Kramer that the family enjoys a healthy relationship.

Doug advised fellow parents to learn the individual love languages of their children for a more loving and appreciative relationship, he said on his Instagram account yesterday, Jan. 7.

The former PBA star took a walk with his children Kendra, Scarlett and Gavin. Doug then went on to describe the unique love languages each of his children possesses.

For the 10-year-old Kendra, the eldest of the three, Doug claimed her love language is touch and time, saying “she loves lambing like me.”

Eight-year-old Scarlett’s love language meanwhile is “acts of service and time.”

For the only son Gavin, who is set to turn 7 years old on Jan. 15, time and words of affirmation hits the right spot, which Doug claims to be his wife Chesca’s love language as well.

“As parents, have you guys figured out what is your child’s love language? What’s yours? You’ll see how much your child will love and appreciate you more,” he emphasized. “This will do wonders for your marriage as well.”

Chesca meanwhile marked her own parenting win, noting the importance of having spiritual intimacy between parents and children.

“Praise God for this one on one moment that I get to have with my kids,” she also said on Instagram yesterday. “There is nothing more rewarding than having this shared spiritual intimacy with them. To be able to learn and read more about God, and pray together.”

The mother emphasized how she loves it when her children ask her questions, because she gets “to hear how their minds think, what is in their heart,” revealing their “innermost thoughts and feelings.”

“There is nothing more encouraging than hearing my kids say, ‘thank you mommy, I learned so much. I can’t wait for tomorrow again,'” she said. “Best feeling in the world!” JB
