LOOK: Rodjun Cruz remembers late mother on Christmas
Rodjun Cruz had a heartfelt message for his late mother Melody, as he and his siblings, Rayver and Omar, celebrated their first Christmas without her this year. The actor’s mom passed away due to pancreatic cancer in February.
“Enjoy ka sa First Christmas mo in Heaven Mama ha!” he said on his Instagram page last Wednesday, Dec. 25.

He accompanied his post with a series of old holidays photos of him and his brothers with their late mother.
“Sigurado ako na mas Sobrang saya ang Pasko diyan sa Langit kapiling ni Lord God at ng mga Anghel,” he added.
(I am sure that Christmas is more joyful there in heaven together with Lord God and the angels.)
“Sobrang miss Ka namin everyday. Mahal na mahal ka ng 3 Kings mo,” Rodjun said, referring to him and his brothers.
(We miss you everyday. Your three kings love you very much.)
Rodjun also paid tribute to his late parents during his wedding with Dianne Medina on Dec. 21. At the time, he said: “[Melody] was really looking forward to this day. She treated Dianne like her own daughter.”
“Now that you’re with dad,” Rodjun added, “please continue to guide and pray for us.”
Rodjun and his siblings lost their father, Rodolfo Ilustre, in October 2009 due to kidney failure. /ra
