Are we surprised when Angelina Jolie posts on Instagram, “It’s all or nothing with my makeup. If I get dressed up, I’ll go to an extreme. I’ll wear foundation, bright blue or bright red lipstick with one of my weird purple wigs”?

The woman, after all, had both of her breasts surgically removed after finding out that her family’s medical history put her at very high risk of getting cancer. She had her ovaries removed two years later.

Recently seen in “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil,” a sequel to 2014’s “Maleficent,” Jolie also wore around her neck a vial with the blood of fellow actor Billy Bob Thornton when they were still married.

Dapper in plum

Henry Cavill looked nothing like the nerdy Clark Kent, Superman’s alter ego, in a recent Instagram post. The star of the Netflix television series “The Witcher,” a fantasy drama, looked dapper in what he described as “fancy trousers and that snazzy plum jacket.”

The actor posted on Instagram recently his press interviews in Los Angeles, California and Buenos Aires, Argentina for his latest project.

“Woke up this morning with some thoughts. As you know, I love me some country and Chris Janson says it best in this song. LA left me with some Good Vibes (the title of Janson’s song that Cavill used as soundtrack for his Instagram video post)! Thank you to Mr. Janson for putting it so perfectly, and thank you to all of you for making this trip an unforgettable experience! So, goodbye LA and hello, Buenos Aires!”

As for the dressy togs, Cavill said, “They were both put together by the master artisans at Huntsman of Savile Row. Best I’ve ever worn!”
