SOTTO. Very engaging and articulate.

Cynthia Villamor of Mandaluyong City is wondering why GMA 7 axed “Starbox”: “In the instances that I watched it, I found Ali Sotto very engaging and articulate. I wish the network would give Ms Sotto another talk show, because she is definitely an asset. Perhaps, GMA 7 can team her with up another engaging host, Edu Manzano. I’m glad Edu’s back via ‘Family Feud,’ because the game show fits his style and personality.

Juliette Borja: “‘Dwarfina’ has opened doors to the magical world of duwendes, Pinoy folklore, as well as to the kingdom beneath the soil. Its characters were beautifully imagined. There were adaptations from  characters from our story books, like Gwentukin, which was pitted against Sleepy from ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.’ The fantaserye reminded viewers about how powerful love is.”

“Of course, the more viewers you have, the higher the ratings. People don’t hear much about Kantar Media ratings, which are solely for ABS-CBN, unlike AGB Nielsen, which is universally used. I prefer the ratings monitored by AGB Nielsen, because they clue us in on what really catches viewers’ fancy!”
