MANILA, Philippines — Actress Angel Locsin was spotted on Friday in Davao City buying sacks of rice and grocery items that will be distributed to quake-affected residents.

Several netizens posted photos of the actress clad in a black hat and a white-and-black top in the NCCC Uyanguren in Davao City buying relief goods.

Netizens praised Locsin, whom they described as “beautiful with a good heart.”
