Gay hunk lures ex with badminton and booze

/ 06:00 PM March 27, 2012

They couldn’t stay away from each other. Handsome Star tried to avoid ex-lover Hunky Actor, especially when HA was involved with Pretty Friend.

It was HA however who lured HS back to his boudoir. HA invited HS to a game of badminton, followed by a round of drinks. From the bar, HA and HS somehow ended up in the bedroom.

Feeling “guilty,” HS confessed to PF via a text message. It’s unclear however whether HS was apologetic or gloating. He actually pointed out that they had messed around “only twice” since PF entered the picture.

FEATURED STORIES

Flossing emergency

Pretty Star consistently looks poised and well-groomed in public. However, she blew the image at a press conference.

PS had just had lunch when she sat down with reporters. Always friendly and sweet, PS flashed a wide smile—revealing remnants of her last meal between her teeth.

Someone forgot to floss.

Inconvenient truth

Clients kept asking Glamorous Celeb to bring down her talent fee for a planned project.

Out of sheer exasperation, GC agreed and the deal was sealed. Pushing their luck, the clients asked GC to bring a rather huge prop. As big as a beast of burden.

It was such an inconvenience that GC considered quitting.

Relentless

Scandalous Personality’s minions are still spreading nasty talk about celebrities who have incurred their idol’s ire.

SP’s groupies claim that Former Lover, who has happily settled down, has a dark secret: She had a fling with Married Star. They also claim that FL’s Glib Partner is fooling around, wooing costars in a project.

Ill hunk

Rumor has it that Handsome Hunk is seriously ill. At a recent gathering he looked pale, gaunt, and weary, according to a witness. Friends are praying that the scuttlebutt is a false alarm. The Big C has claimed lives in HH’s family.

Top of the Talk Shows

For those who missed last weekend’s TV gabfests (and why we are moved, if we are moved):

Katrina Halili, asked if she’s worried about her career, now that she’s pregnant: “Actually, ’yun ang unang naisip ko. Parang, ‘Ready na ba ako? Ibang tao na ang iisipin ko.’ Isang araw kong inisip ’yun at okey naman po.” (Napaisip din kami: Pwede nang mag-mother roles!)

Katrina, asked if she plans to marry boyfriend Kris Lawrence soon: “Napagdesisyunan po naming hindi po. Kasi hindi naman kailangang i-rush… Ibang usapan na po ’yung kasal … ’Di pa rin po kami ready.” (Smart girl. One should get married for the right reasons.)

Heart Evangelista on boyfriend Daniel Matsunaga returning to Brazil for a vacation: “Sometimes it’s okay din to be separated for a month… It’s very hard to keep our relationship all flowery, beautiful and magical, especially sa lahat ng stress sa work. So maganda ring nagkaka-breather.” (Hmmm, parang… oh, well, let’s just say for now that Brazil’s not a bad place for a breather.)

(That’s not very descriptive.)

Aljur Abrenica on his hobby, target shooting: “Hilig ko lang po talaga… wala akong kaaway. Kumbaga sports lang po.” (Self defense?)

Prince Stefan on people questioning his sexuality: “Hindi po totoo lahat ng ibinibintang sa ’kin. ’Yung mga lalaking nai-involve sa ’kin, mga kaibigan ko lang. (What’s wrong with being gay that suspects go out of their way to quell the rumor?)

Prince Stefan on rumors that he married his rich boyfriend in New York: “Friend ko siya…Minsan doon ako natutulog, but it doesn’t mean na we  are living in, or boyfriend ko siya, o asawa ko siya.… Single po ako. Wala akong balak magpakasal.” (Okey lang sa amin, either way.)

Eugene Domingo on asking Andy Lau for a kiss at the Asian Film Awards: “Nawala na ako sa sarili ko! Sinamantala ko na!” (Way to go.)

Shamaine Buencamino, accepting her best supporting actress trophy at the same fest: “I’m not that known in my country. I’m more of a theater actress. And having been recognized like this affirms my passion, and tells me I have a gift.” (You always did. And it does happen that foreigners figure it out before your own people do.)

NIKKI Gil and Billy Crawford: Vague answer

Billy Crawford, asked if his plans to return to France will affect his relationship with Nikki Gil: “I love Nikki with all my heart… Kung gusto mo namang mag-work ang isang relationship, you will make it work.” (So she’s not following you there?)

Mart Escudero, asked if he’ll continue to accept gay roles: “Sa tingin ko, kukuha at kukuha pa rin ako dahil diyan ako nakilala … Siguro ’yung pagpili na lang namin, eh kung talagang maganda ’yung role at makakatulong pa rin sa ’kin.” (Go, Remington, este, Mart!)

Judy Ann Santos on the things she cherishes: “The happy life that I have now. I’m at the stage of my life na hindi ko naiisip na darating ako sa punto na may respeto ka nang nakukuha sa mga tao; may nakikinig sa opinyon mo.” (Sounds like contentment.)

Judy Ann on life’s most valuable lessons: “I’ve learned to accept that the things you want will not always come your way; also that there are certain things you have to let go, and certain things that you have to face. Also, a lot of things that you just have to say, “Bye! Move on!” (Sounds like something else.)

Eric Quizon on dad Dolphy’s health status: “He’s in good condition. Okay pa siya. He’s lucid, diretso ang pananalita, diretso ang pag-iisip.” (And he Skypes with kids abroad on his iPad. Ayus ’yan, Pidol!)

Epi Quizon to people spreading rumors that Dolphy is dead: “Kung nagmamadali kayo, mauna na kayo.” (Korek. Sumakay pa kayo!)

Angeline Quinto on losing weight and enhancing her looks: “Proud po ako, kasi kung ano man ’yung nakikita ng tao sa ’kin ngayon, kung ano ang hitsura ko, eh pinaghirapan ko naman po… nung nasa ‘Star Power’ po ako, talagang wala akong ginawa kundi mag-sit ups gabi-gabi kahit sobrang pagod ako.” (All right, we’re officially lazybones now.)

DENISE Laurel: Secure. Photo by JIM GUIAO PUNZALAN

Denise Laurel, asked about her love life: “I’m still not married. I’m a single mother, but there’s no big deal about that.” (Sounds like a very secure young woman. Ahh, Laurel…)

Sarah Geronimo, asked for her reaction to Gerald Anderson’s confession that he’s courting her: “Uncomfortable po sa ’king pag-usapan… nahihiya ako.” (Ilang taon ka na nga uli, hija?)

Luis Manzano on getting married: “Long, long way to go!” (Uh, take your time?)

(Parang “Ghost”!)
