Pia Wurtzbach got real about getting the blues in her vlog on Monday, Sept. 30.

The Miss Universe 2015 winner admitted that she would sometimes wake up and wouldn’t feel OK. “There are days na hindi ako OK, na paggising ko parang ang bigat ng gabi,” she said.

(There are days that I am not OK; when I wake up I feel like the night was so heavy.)

She said it does not mean something bad has happened, but that she gets “reminded of the things that are not working so well at the moment.”

“I have some personal relationships I think can improve pa (still),” she noted.

“It’s not that I have enemies. It’s more of like, it’s a very complicated life that I live in because you don’t really know who your true friends are. Or you think you do, then turns out they’re not,” Wurtzbach explained.

She did not expound on the relationships she questioned, instead talking about how she deals with her emotions. She said she would pray to “let go” of such feelings.

“And that’s what I did today. I just want to be honest and say that I woke up not 100% today, and that’s OK,” she said.

“What’s important is you realize [na] alam mo ‘yung mga blessings mo (you realize your blessings), you’re grateful and you just have to let go. So that’s what I did today.”

The rest of the vlog showed Wurtzbach’s activities in Bangkok, which included photoshoots and shopping.  /ra
