Sharon Cuneta bid goodbye to her long locks, trading it for a short and stylish bob.
The Megastar revealed today, Sept. 24, her new look on Instagram. “It was time for my very stressed-out and almost damaged long hair of many years to rest. So I had a haircut tonight. Chopped it all off! I missed my short hair so much,” she mused.
Cuneta preferred to wear her hair past her shoulders in recent years. Though her brown medium-length hair suited her, many agreed that she looked younger with her cropped hair.
Celebrities and fans alike welcomed her new hairdo: singer Lani Misalucha called her “bagets” (young) while actresses Judy Ann Santos and Gina Alajar said she looked beautiful.
Others compared her to local and international celebrities. Fans such as one April Flores (@aprilflores4140) said she resembled Ara Mina, while a certain @doniebooo compared her to Winona Ryder. One @gens_beverly_dubai also complimented her, stating that she looked “ten years younger.” /ra
