‘Every body is different’: Andi Eigenmann on losing postpartum weight

Andi Eigenmann is eager to get back to her old fitness habits, just five weeks after giving birth to her second child Lilo.

According to the actress, she considers herself her own “fitspiration,” because exercising is about attaining the best body one can give to themselves.

She stressed that she has no intention of achieving a body someone else has, as stated in her Instagram post yesterday, Aug. 28.

Eigenmann is set to begin her “project comeback” next Tuesday, Sept. 3, six weeks post-pregnancy.

In anticipation of jumping into a new fitness regime, she shared an old photo of her, where she had a slimmer figure.

“I also know that maybe I may never look this exact way again, but I remember being happy with the way I look in this pic and this isn’t even at my peak,” she said. “Because I [don’t] just see the body, but I remember the feeling as well, and it excites me to feel the same way again.”

Adding to her preparation, she has been swimming in the ocean recently. She also completed a low intensity cesarean section-friendly workout routine.

“BUT remember that every body and every person is different,” she advised. “Please seek your healthcare provider’s advice before doing any exercise and research on what will be best for yourself as well.”

Eigenmann and surfer-boyfriend Philmar Alipayo welcomed Lilo last July 23. Prior to baby Lilo, Eigenmann gave birth to Ellie, her daughter with former partner Jake Ejercito, in 2011. JB
