Gerald Anderson posts cryptic message on enduring, surviving storms

MANILA, Philippines – Actor Gerald Anderson shared over the weekend a quote on surviving hard times and not be the same person after a storm.

The actor posted Sunday a quote from Japanese writer Haruki Murakami which read: “Once the storm is over you won’t remember how you made it through, how you manage to survive. You won’t even be sure, in fact, whether the storm is really over.”

“’But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about,” it added.

The post was accompanied by a photo of himself after his three-day Soldiers Skills Orientation Training in Camp Tecson, Bulacan.

Gerald’s post came out after he figured in a controversial breakup with his girlfriend of three years, actress Bea Alonzo, reportedly due to a third party.

Gerald, however, clarified there was no one to blame for the breakup. /gsg
