Singer Angeline Quinto and her adoptive mother Sylvia, who she fondly calls Mama Bob, recently flew to Japan for precious quality time.

Quinto and Mama Bob arrived in Japan last week, and first on their list of places to visit was the Hachikō memorial statue in Shibuya, Tokyo.

“Hi Hachiko,” Quinto wrote via Instagram on June 15. “Meet my Mama Bob.”

The mother and daughter then went to the Asakusa district in Taitō, where they took pictures by its famed Sensoji temple.

No vacation is complete without going on a food trip.

Quinto and Mama Bob made sure to sample some ramen and yakiniku in Tokyo.

“Hi Ma, mahal kita lagi (Hi ma, I love you always)…,” said Quinto as she shared a photo of Mama Bob while in a Japanese barbecue place.

They also did not miss out on taking a trip to Tokyo Disneyland in Urayasu. Quinto ensured Mama Bob had a wheelchair so she would not get tired roaming around the park.

“We laugh, we cry. We make time fly,” Quinto said on June 18. “We are best friends, Mama Bob and I.”

Quinto also happily posed with Mama Bob with the iconic Cinderella Castle as their backdrop. She shared the photo to her fans, complete with a heartwarming dedication to her beloved mom.

“Hindi man tayo namuhay sa mala kastilyo o palasyong bahay, hindi man naranasan ang mala prinsesang buhay, ipinapangako ko sayo mas higit pa sa pagiging Reyna kapag tayong dalawa ang magkasama,” said Quinto.

(We may not have lived in a castle-like or palatial house, we may not have experienced a princess-like life, but I promise you that you’ll feel like more than a queen when we’re together.)  /ra
