“Ever Again” is the closer of Robyn’s last album, “Honey,” which came out in 2018. The Swedish previously promoted the full-length with videos for “Between the Lines” and the title-track.
The visual for “Ever Again,” released on June 17, is directed by French director Colin Solal Cardo. It is set in a “dreamy place, somewhere undefined, somewhere in my unconsciousness,” according to the singer.
Throughout the clip, Robyn dances around classical Greek statues, grinding against her microphone stand.
The Swedish singer worked with choreographer and longtime collaborator Maria “Decida” Wahlberg on the video.
Robyn also teamed up with Louis Vuitton’s artistic director of women’s collections Nicolas Ghesquière. He designed the silk blouse that the singer unties over the course of the video, slowly revealing a semi-sheer embossed latex jumpsuit.
“Ever Again” is featured on Robyn’s eight studio album, “Honey,” which marked her first new LP since 2010.
In May the singer also released a remix of the album’s “Missing U” by Silk City and Picard Brothers.
This summer, she will embark on a North American tour, launching July 17 in Philadelphia. Additional information and tickets are available at https://robyn.com/. NVG
