“Finding You” from Regal Entertainment, Inc. is going to be the very first local romantic-drama that centers around a major plot detail of a rare medical condition called hyperthymesia which Jerome Ponce’s onscreen character Nel is afflicted with.
This very unique and unorthodox important plot detail will directly affect the interaction, dialogue, and character dynamics of the main onscreen characters in this soon-to-be-released movie.
It certainly throws a proverbial wrench into the formula of what a local romantic-drama should be or could be.
Now, it got me thinking what would Barbie Imperial, Jane Oineza and Jerome Ponce do if they had hyperthymesia in real life?
Below are Barbie Imperial’s, Jane Oineza’s and Jerome Ponce’s thoughts and answers to my question.
“So, yun, titingnan ko na lang siya in a positive way.
I would read books all time, hour by hour, day by day. Yun lang. Enjoy mo na lang ang life. So that is life at hindi mo naman mababago ang buhay na binigay sayo.”
