True and lasting celebrity friendships may be rare in the showbiz industry, but for Bea Alonzo, it is a treasure to have found “[one] that beats a decade.”
Alonzo took to Instagram on Wednesday, May 23, to share with fans her bonding photos with “One More Chance” co-stars Dimples Romana and Beatrice Saw.
“In this world of make-believe and where almost everything seems to be fleeting, having a friendship that beats a decade is a treasure,” Alonzo said.
She also revealed that it has been a while since she had an awesome day of just doing mundane things.
Meanwhile, Dimples Romana shared one of the photos on her own Instagram page, saying, “No make up. No lights. No scripts. Guards down, walls out. And just a little over a decade of genuine friendship.”
Romana sweetly ended her post by expressing her love for her two friends, mentioning their character names from their blockbuster movies – Saw as Anj, Alonzo as Basha, and Romana herself as Krizzy.
Through Instagram stories, Romana shared clips of their bonding time. They cooked lunch for a boodle fight, Bea found a playmate with Dimples’ son Alonzo, and they even went out for furniture shopping.

Actresses Romana and Saw have been Alonzo’s confidants since their hit 2007 movie “One More Chance” with John Lloyd Cruz, which had its sequel “A Second Chance” in 2015. Both were Filipino romantic drama films directed by Cathy Garcia Molina. JB
