Convention is first of its kind in PH

Spearheaded by the Cinema Exhibitors Association of the Philippines (Ceap), the Cine Expo Manila 2019 opened its doors at Edsa Shangri-La on April 22. The convention didn’t just gather film distributors and producers who presented their upcoming films; it gave delegates access to seminars headed by industry leaders. The first Cine Expo was graced by, among others, Marichu Maceda (Mowelfund), Rachel Arenas and Ann Marie Nemenzo (MTRCB) with Ceap’s Bomboy Lim III and Annie Naval.
