K Brosas pays tribute to Chokoleit one month after passing: ‘Sakit pa din’
K Brosas continues to grieve for late comedian Chokoleit, even if she says he would not want to see his loved ones cry for him.
On Tuesday, April 9, the comedian and host posted a picture on Instagram to mark a month since Chokoleit’s untimely death in March.
The picture included her, Pokwang, Pooh tIK and Chokoleit in all-black ensembles.

“We miss u Chokoleit… it’s been a month… Sakit pa din,” she wrote.
“Hoping ako na pwede kitang puntahan anytime para matawa ako ng bongga pag wala akong work (I was hoping I could visit you any time so I could laugh so hard when I don’t have work).”
“Weird [kasi] feeling ko [andiyan] ka pa rin,” she said. (It’s weird because I feel like you’re still there.)
“Alam ko na ayaw mo ng umiiyak at malungkot… pero hayaan mo na muna ako, wag mo lang akong multuhin hehe (I know you don’t like it when people cry and are sad… but let me do that for now, just don’t haunt me hehe).”
Chokoleit died shortly after a performance in Abra when he suffered a heart attack. He was 46 years old.
He and Brosas have been longtime friends, with Brosas taking in one of his beloved pet dogs and naming the puppy “Chokie.” /ra
