The Inquirer chanced upon Vina Morales and Pops Fernandez, with their friend, former teen star Ana Abiera, past midnight last week at Kipling’s cigar bar in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Makati. Vina said she was to appear with Mig Ayesa and Nyoy Volante, among others, in the Philippine production of the international stage musical, “Rock of Ages,” which opens in June at the RCBC Plaza. Pops told us that, aside from attending to her online shopping site cheapipay.com.ph, she’s busy organizing for the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry a celebrity golf tournament to be held on May 14 at the Alabang Country Club.
