MANILA, Philippines — Model Ion Perez has admitted that comedian-host Vice Ganda is “special” to him.
Perez, also known as “Kuya Escort” in noontime variety show “It’s Showtime,” made a surprise guest appearance at Vice Ganda’s “Gandang Gabi Vice” that aired Sunday.
Bea Alonzo, who was a guest in the talk show, asked Perez “Ion, ikaw, ano bang pinaka kinakatakutan mo?”
“Kinakatakutan ko na matapos kung anong meron kami,” Perez said while looking at Vice Ganda.
“Bakit parang seryoso na?” Alonzo asked. Charo Santos-Concio chimed in and asked Perez, “Ano bang meron kayo?”
“Special po siya sa’kin,” Perez said.
Upon hearing the audience’s reaction, Vice Ganda dismissed this as a joke, saying “Joke! Jino-joke lang namin kayo, hindi ‘yun totoo. Jino-joke lang namin kayo.”
Vice Ganda has been teased repeatedly during “It’s Showtime” about his supposed romance with Perez, but the comedian has only responded jokingly. /cbb
