With mentorly finesse, he answered tougher questions with eloquence. Asked how to teach people to live and love, he answered, “I wish I could formulate an easy answer. I personally learned a lot from classic authors, philosophers, scientists, artists … and life itself. Seek knowledge but recognize it does not equate to wisdom.”

On how to deal with stress, the 30-year-old Italian celeb said, “Learn to let go” and “Stop ruminating and save your thoughts for actual solutions.”

Asked about his meditation ritual, Boselli replied, “The easiest way is to sit peacefully, admiring a sunset or sunrise and the beautiful sky. Your mind will naturally tend to let go of thoughts and be present in the moment.” —OLIVER PULUMBARIT
