MANILA, Philippines — Actress Heart Evangelista charmed the crowd during the proclamation rally of reelectionist senators in Tondo, Manila on Wednesday.

Evangelista accompanied husband Senator Francis Escudero, who was the running mate of Senator Grace Poe in the 2016 Presidential election.

The proclamation rally hosted by Poe was attended by fellow reelectionist Senators Sonny Angara, JV Ejercito, Cynthia Villar, Nancy Binay, and Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel.

Senator Bam Aquino, Poe said, was invited but could not come as he joined the opposition slate in their campaign in Naga, Camarines Sur. /ee
