MANILA, Philippines — The official poster of “Ulan” the upcoming movie of Nadine Lustre and Carlo Aquino has finally been released.
The film’s director and writer Irene Villamor dropped the official poster via her Instagram account on Thursday.
Villamor took the opportunity to thank supporters for their reactions on the upcoming film: “Really appreciate all the reactions to the posters, teaser or official… Thank you guys for engaging.”
The filmmaker also gave a little teaser of what the film is about: “All these photos are part of the universe that is ‘ulan.’”
She added, “Ulan is about self-love. But when do we really learn how to love? Isn’t it through every little experience in life? Paparating na ang ulan. Hayaan nating tayo’y basain ng ligaya at pag-ibig.”
A teaser poster for “Ulan” was earlier released featuring Lustre surrounded by mythical creatures.
The release date of Lustre and Aquino’s anticipated team up has yet to be announced. /muf
