MANILA, Philippines — Actor Gardo Versoza has finally proposed to his girlfriend, and Ivy Vicencio said, “Yes.”
In an Instagram post on Thursday, Versoza shared a photo of Vicencio posing with her right hand showing off the engagement ring.
