Julia Barretto may be having the time of her life reveling in the sights of Mexico, but mom Marjorie Barretto recently revealed she felt anxious as Julia was preparing for her trip.

Marjorie shared to her fans that Julia has always been the clingy child since birth, as per her Instagram post last Feb. 3.

I have to admit I was having anxiety during the days she was planning to go to places I have never even heard of,” said Marjorie.

Julia apparently asked her to go with her to Mexico, but Marjorie said she could not leave her four other kids Dani, Leon, Claudia and baby Erich behind.

She asked me to go with her, but it was crucial for me to not leave my four other kids with so much going on for all of them.”

Marjorie’s anxiety seemed to have already waned, however, as she shared that seeing Julia’s beautiful photos made her realize that letting go of her is for her best.

“I truly miss you Jul, but my heart is so happy seeing you so free,” she said. “I can almost hear you exhale. I feel you…”

Julia, on her end, only had words of love for her mom.

“I live for you. You are my other half,” Julia wrote to her mom. “I love you with all my heart. You are the best mother anyone could ever ask for.”

Julia also took to her Instagram Stories on Feb. 4 to give her fans an update of her travels. As per Julia, she and her friend Cheryl Pages-Alba were already flying out to another country for their third destination.

She expressed her excitement and nervousness for their next destinations, saying, “Only because as early as now I can already tell that these places will change my life and help me find my peace and serenity.”

2019 is definitely Julia’s year of getting out of her comfort zone.  /ra
